Protein-rich banana bread

Grain free, sugar free, protein dense banana bread. My breakfast go-to at the moment, toasted and lathered in butter. Simple. quick, satiating and delicious!

Ingredients

2 bananas
3 eggs
30g butter
1 teaspoon baking powder (aluminium free)
1 teaspoon natural vanilla essence
3 cups almond meal
Pinch of salt

Method

Blend eggs, banana, melted butter and vanilla in a blender. Pour into a bowl and add dry ingredients and mix.

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes on 180 degrees Celsius. Enjoy!
