Nut & Seed Loaf

This loaf is packed full of nuts and seeds, high in healthy fats and protein. Delicious served with a smear of butter, dipped into olive oil and balsamic or topped with tahini and sliced banana.

Ingredients

3 cups organic almond meal

3 free range organic free range eggs

4 tablespoons whole linseeds

4 tablespoons chia seeds

4 tablespoons sesame seeds

½ teaspoon salt

1 ½ teaspoons baking powder

3 tablespoons butter (or olive oil)

 

Method

Pre-heat the oven on bake at 160 °C. Add all the dry ingredients to a large bowl. Beat the eggs separately and add to the dry ingredients along with melted butter (or olive oil). Grease a loaf tin, pour mixture into the tin and bake bread for 30 minutes.
